House is 140 years old! Stripped off all lath & plaster and found beehive in the wall.

The brick chimney had to be demoed all the way to basement for structural reasons. We will replace with gas fireplaces in bedrooms.
All baseboard, window and door trim was 5" wide old growth redwood. We saved it all and will reinstall after the walls are done. Doors and frames are all solid redwood with mortise locks.
Demo rear wall of house and excavate for new foundations and shear walls. This will be new kitchen and breakfast area.
